We have a destination wedding in Arezzo, Italy in the Tuscany region. I find problems someone to come into the village and hair and makeup for myself and my bridesmaids. Suggestions?

That sounds good! In another poster said, I would contact the city and ask them. If they do not often use weddings, you may know or can direct someone who does. Or could the florist / chef.

I was told by a hairdresser for my own wedding, the hair and makeup the same respect that I would use every day to keep, but slightly glammed up.
