Unfortunately, no. All Guitar Hero instruments are built to was only to the specific console that's designed for this work. So if you have the Wii Guitar Hero drums, can be used on the Wii, they can not even the Xbox 360 or PS3 (you'll need specific instruments from Guitar Hero for Xbox 360 or PS3) purchase.
No PC version of Guitar Hero games, so you do not play on a computer.
The closest we come to the Guitar Hero drums and electronic drum kit is used by your own music on Guitar Hero World Tour for Studio recording of the game.
As an FYI, the battery with Guitar Hero Rock Band and Rock Band 2 games.
I know that you can connect the instruments for rock band together, even though the Wii version on a PC, and usually the PC what it is to recognize an instrument for Wii will rock band. I play my Wii Rock Band on drums Frets on Fire, a free Rock Band / Guitar Hero clone for the PC.
