How do I get back to Port Oakes? - City of Villains? - oakes and nichols funeral home
I am new to the game and enjoy it, but for two hours, I was trying to a way back to Port Oakes. I am currently in St. Martial and have no idea how I was there.
I've tried, but the port or Iceland Mercy Oaks is not there. Who plz help?

Normally I would say that I am not the best person for that answer, because 1 I will only participate in a super group and the portal from their base in Port Oakes, and 2 Villains I do not play as often as I do Heroes.
That said ..... unless a group of bandits and take the "easy to" want to jump there, you have two options.
The hero / villain dance club "Pocket D" contains entries for San Marcial and Port Oakes. Enter and exit at San Marcial Pocket D Port Oakes.
It's a bit difficult, but also in the line of helicopters from San Marcial Black Cap Au Diable and transfer by ferry to Port Oakes.
